Dog crying being abused during ABC operation of MC, Panchkula

The International Organisation for Animal Protection - OIPA in India and
PFA Haryana got complaint about community pets, stray dogs abuse during
their rescue by local body authorities at Panchkula in Haryana along
with adjoining Chandigarh, these dogs are abused by untrained contract
basis peoples and OIPA in India - PFA Haryana caught them red handed on 21-11-2010 in sector - 8, Panchkula. All three dogs were released at
site and tender given to the animal abuser should be canceled, demanded by Naresh Kadyan, he further appeal to all concerned to learn first, how to handle these animals. OIPA in India - PFA Haryana demanded strict legal action against all offenders including contractor, EO / Secretary of Municipal Corporation and Veterinary Doctor in charge of rescue operation.
